Updating to the new itunes 11.1.4 messed up everything!

After i updated my itunes it now wont work on my computer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but nothing is working. Everytime i try to open up itunes these two things pop up.

Someone please help I don't know know what else to do. its starting to **** me off..

Apple you are starting to have the tendencies of when ever a update is needed something always ***** up.
