Q: Iphone screen went black and cannot turn off, how can I reboot?
Iphone 4 screen went black and I cannot restore or turn off. Sound still works, and I can hear phone calls, etc. How can I turn off this phone so I can restore or reboot?
Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. And also remove the case that is blocking the sensor that blanks the screen when you hold the phone to your face.
