2 everyday issues with the new GB
1. every time a song is started the metronome manually has to be shut off
this is a pain in the *** already...............
there has to be default NO METRONOME
2. exporting finished 10 projects should export as Mp3s
there are numerous music upload sites that insist solely on mp3s
this is a terrible omission by APPLE
i have sent them feedback on this

1) Only when starting with a Templae form the Project Chooser, the Metronome button will be on by default. If you open one of your previously saved Projects, GarageBand wil remember the state of the Metronome button.
2) Indeed, at the moment it is not possible export as mp3. You did the right thing and posted on Apple's Feedback page to let them know that their AAC format, although better quality, is not embraced by the the rest of the world.
