Work & Home Syncing iPhone Contacts and Calendar

My iPhone is currently getting email, calendar and contacts from a Microsoft Exchange server at work and I also have my home email, calendar and contacts on that same iPhone.

Question: Is there a way to sync my contacts and calendar separately through iTunes for both work and home? Right now when I sync through iTunes my contacts do not get updated. Is this related to the fact that my primary contacts list is from the Microsoft Exchange server? What if I want to also have those contacts sync to my local contacts on my Mac throught iTunes - how do I do that?
