Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. If you've recently changed your Apple ID, you may need to take additional steps, based on the Apple service you are using with it:
Apple ID: What to do after you change your Apple ID
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5796
In your case, these steps apply to iTunes:
iTunes (including iTunes Genius, iTunes Home Sharing, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, and iTunes U)
iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iTunes App Store.
- If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
- If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your previous Apple ID and tap Sign Out. Then enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
OS X Mountain Lion and later: Open iTunes.
- If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, select Store > Sign In and enter your current Apple ID.
- If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID, select Store > Sign Out, then select Store > Sign In and enter your current Apple ID.
Windows: Open iTunes.
- If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, select Store > Sign In and enter your current Apple ID.
- If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID, select Store > Sign Out, then select Store > Sign In and enter your current Apple ID.
Cheers,
- Ari
