Hi there just need to find out why my Bluetooth will not connect to any devices

What devices are you trying to connect to and for what purpose. The iPhone connects to most devices that support music, telephone. It cannot be used to connect to computers, except for Personal Hotspot, and cannot be used to transfer files.
