can't delete the old webpage in iCloud tab

I just reinstall my OX X 10.9.1, but in my iCloud tab, It still show the old webpage that were open in my last system's safari. I check my phone's iCloud tab, I got two mac's webpages. How could I update the iCloud tab?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

You can't remove it, leave it alone, it will disappear itself after a week or two.
