Q: cannot get into phone activation required and i forgot /lost info

hello i have a iphone 4 cdma and i gave it to my daughter but i dont know what happened that the icloud id and password i put on it doesnt work and she forgot what she used .? help

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

    You need to remember the AppleID and password used to activate the iPhone.

    There is a new security feature in iOS 7 called Activation Lock which requires

    this information to activate the iPhone. There is no workaround.
