I am trying to download the shows I purchased. It says I need to wait 86 days. How come?

Wait time is based on network.

Check speedtest.net to see current connection

Check istumbler or netstumbler to verify any interference

Make sure DNS is set correctly (settings - general - network - configure DNS - automatic)

Why are you attempting to download them on an ATV? The ATV has minimal storage.

Download them to iTunes on a computer and stream them to the ATV via AirPlay or HomeSharing. Downloading to a computer will be MUCH faster.
