Hi.

 

I have a 16gb ipod 4g. I had it for almost a year now. My problem is that the keyboard is not working horizontally and when i type in letters from Q-P (top row) and numbers from 1-0 (top row) it doent work. This makes me very upset and worries me that the hardware may be damaged. I do have a two-year warrenty. I wonder if fixing the keyboard is covered. Also i cant get connected to my home wifi. I know the password but as i put in the password which is correctly, it wont let me and it says that it is incorrect. How do i fix that problem? I have resetted my network settings twice and nothing happened.

 

it would be nice if you could help me out.... I just want ant my ipod to be fixed!

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Reset all settings      

    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.             

    If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
