change language on Keynote

Can I change the default language on Keynote from French to English?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

If you are talking about spellcheck, you should be able to set the default for that in system prefs/keyboard/text/spelling. Also look at Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar

For a presentation that came to me from Quebec to switch the Master to English it is the 2nd solution that applied.
