My IPhone 4s won't download apps

It was working fine yesterday and earlier today but now apps won't download. It started when some buttons in clash of clans stopped working so i deleted it and tried to reinstall. My phone said it was unable to install the app and i retied and still didnt work. Then i tried another app and that wouldn't load either. I've already turned my phone on and off, what should I do?
