From WIndows to Mac

I just bought a MacBook and a new iPod. I still have my older iPod and Dell, and I need to figure out the easiest way to get my iTunes music from my Dell to my Mac. I can't use my new iPod with the Dell because its formatted to my Mac. I can't connect my old iPod to the Mac because its formatted to my Dell. I WANT MY MUSIC!!! HELP!

A Mac can read a Windows formatted drive so you could in fact move your iTunes using your old iPod (if it is large enough): How to use your iPod to move your music to a new computer
