I don't have the "View Hidden Purchases" anywhere on my Account Information page.

This is a problem because my iTunes Match is only reaching back to December 2012 and I've lost lots of music. I think I have it backed up somewhere but it's late and I am hoping to click a button and at least get back to 2011.
