I can't unlock my iPod 4th generation because its storage is full.

I turned my iPod Touch 4g off one day, and the next, when I came to unlock it, it hade a notification telling me my ICloud storage was full. But it was not the kind you get when you are unlocking it, it was the notification when it pops up when you are actually using it. It won't react to how I touch the screen, so it is practically impossible to unlock. Is anyone familiar to this? It would be good to know that this is normal :)

If the screen doesnt respond to touch, hold the home and power button down until the iPod restarts. If it still doesn't respond, then restore it with iTunes. I don't think that the iCloud storage full message should affect the iPod's ability to unlock. If you can, post a picture of the message.
