I can't delete movies in the video app after playing them from iCloud

In settings, I have the "show all vidoes" turned to on. From the video app, I play a movie from icloud. After watching the movie, the movie file stays on my ipad and none of the delete methods works (the "edit" function in the video app doesn't appear as well as in the "general/usage/video" in settings does not allow me to delete the files.) In the "general/usage/video" screen, it tells me I'm using 2.7GB for movies which I played from iCloud (versus downloading onto the iPad.) When I switch the video "show all videos" to off, the video I played from iCloud remains in my video application. I know there are tons of bugs with IOS 7, but has anyone figured out how to delete these stuck files? I like the "show all videos" turned on when I'm at home because I can simply choose anything to watch, but when I leave the house, I switch to "show all videos" off so that I can easily play the videos saved on my iPad.

Thanks so much for the quick response. That process works perfectly for movies I download, but not for movies that I play from iCloud. It seems that iCloud leaves a copy of the movie on my iPad when I stream it, which shows in my video app and in the settings menu. The "edit" function in the video app that allows you to delete doesn't work and the swipe in the settings menu does not yeild a "delete" button. If I have 2 movies on my iPad, one I downloaded from iCloud and the other I streamed from iCloud, the downloaded movie can be deleted, but not the streamed movie.
