I entered contacts into iPhone 5, it does not sync with my mac. (I have no cloud, I have iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPad Mini)

I entered Contacts into my iPhone 5 as well as my iPhone 5s, I have observed that it does not sync with my Mac. (10.7.5) Both my iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s are updated as at today (26 Jan 2014)

Last time some internet forum said to delete some plist or something on my mac. After I did that, It worked. But I can't seem to find the instructions again.
