Q: My app want download on to my ipad will only down load on my I phone when I download then from my ipad

When I download an app from my ipad why want it go onto my ipad it keeps going on to my I phone as they both have the same account

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

    Whether an app will also download on your iPhone depends upon whether you have automatic downloads turned 'on' for apps in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone.

     

    What happens when you try to download them on your iPad ? Do they show 'open' against them in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad ? If they do then that implies that they are installed on your iPad. If you can't find them, including via the spotlight search field on your iPad, then try a soft-reset and see if they show on your iPad's homescreens after the iPad has restarted (or if you can then download them via the Purchased tab) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
