Q: I keep getting 'an unexpected error occurred. Try again.' error message when trying to reconnect to my AirPort Time Capsule. I have soft and hard reset and, eventually, factory reset the device. What do I do to correct the error?

If you are having issues connecting to your Airport Time Capsule, even after a factory reset, you may find the following article helpful:
