What have you tried? How is it connected - via a cable or is it a wifi printer.
Is the printer found when you go to System Preferences>Printers & Scanners and click on the '+' to add a printer?

Start by looking at > Mac Basics: Printing in OS X
Then if OS X doesn't automatically detect and update for your Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer, go to > Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : PIXMA PRO-100
