My System(windows 7) will not allow i-tunes to install after uninstalling, comes up with message MSVCR80.dll is missing unable to start. what can I do

My windows system (windows 7) will not allow me to install I-tunes after uninstalling, comes up with message " unable to start MSVCR80.dll missing" also comes up withn " error 7" what can I do??

it may be necessary to remove all traces of iTunes and related software components from your computer before reinstalling iTunes.

1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel

2. Verify iTunes and related components are completely uninstalled

3. Reinstall iTunes and related components
