My iTouch 5th generation is not recognised by my computer. why?

I downloaded ios 7.0.4 for my itouch 5th,and suddently my iTouch shutdown automatically, then my ipod showing- connect to itunes. and i disconnected the cable and reconnect it, and my computer showing a notification - like this User uploaded file

after i clicked this notification, it leads to driver properties and showing this messageUser uploaded file

Please help me to fix this problem 😢 !!

Thank you 🙂! , i just connected usb cable to another port and opened iTunes, then i realised my ipod is in RECOVERY MODE!

( after searching soo much of discussions and tried soo many of them ). and i just go through on screen wizard on my pc and restored my iTouch. Yahooo 😁..!! ( Thank you for saving my money )
