Problem Installing iTunes 11.1.4

Hi, so during my update for iTunes 11.1.4 something happened and it couldn't be installed completely. I uninstalled iTunes and its components and tried to reinstall but got an error.

I completely followed the following link: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925

I uninstalled all components and related programs, deleted all Apple files off my computer from both Program Files and Program Files (x86) and tried to reinstall iTunes. After that I noticed that there was a part in the installing where it said "Rolling Back Action". With further research I found out it was due to the Apple Mobile Device. So once iTunes installed it would run fine but if I connected my iPhone it would say that the software required is not installed and to reinstall itunes. So I did the following steps before and it always did not install the Apple Mobile Device Support.

After that I found more articles describing how to restart AMDS using: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1567

And tried that but after the reinstalls it gives me another error because AMDS isn't even in the Common Files\Apple\ folder.

So I looked at more articles and found out that I could extract the installers separately through the itunes installer. I did that and got the AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi installer separately but it gave me another error and wouldn't let me install.

I will attach pictures of several of the errors to get a feel of what I've seen.

I have Windows 8, I have installed the LATEST version of iTunes (11.1.4 at the iTunes website), I restarted my computer several times during each uninstall and reinstall. I followed the articles before perfectly.

What could be the problem?

To further explain:

The first picture is the error I get when trying to restart the service, which I can't do because the file is not there.

Following this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1567

The second picture is the AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi window that happens when I tried to install JUST the AMDS after unpacking the .exe installer.

The third picture shows my Apple folder in the Common Files section and it shows that it doesn't even have any folder for Apple Moblie Device Support. This is what shows immediately after I install iTunes after a clean wipe.

And just to let you know it isn't the MSVCR80.dll error or the ERROR 7 problem listed in this article:

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376

In summary, my iTunes opens and runs with no problem and no errors, but I only get an error when plugging in my phone because it never installed the Apple Mobile Device Support. After following countless articles and uninstalling and reinstalling it never installs AMDS so nothing helps. Thank you.

I've just added this section to my user tip on Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

If you are unable to get iTunes 11.1.4 to work on your computer you may wish to try reinstalling iTunes 11.1.3 from OldApps.com after going through the removal steps once more. In this instance the slightly older version of iTunes should open the library normally. On the first run it will tell you there is a new version of iTunes, tick "Do not ask me again" and then click "Don't Download".

If you are game for an experiment you could try installing AMDS64 from the 11.1.3/64 setup package to see if that works, and failing that try rolling back the whole thing. For reference the two builds use the same versions of Bonjour and ASU.

Just an update, it still isn't fixed. I have the newest version now which is the 11.5.5 and that still doesn't work with all of the processes listed before. Still says "rolling back action" whenever it gets to the Apple Mobile Device portion of the installation and ends up never installing it. Resulting in iTunes telling me that the required software isn't installed when I plug in my phone
