Q: cannot access key chain password in Mavericks on MacPro

Re: Mac  book pro Key chain:

had to change my google email password

now it won't accept my kay chain password.

won't let me delete key chain

have to cancel and  go thru all certificates that wants my log in key chain password and just keeps looping over and over wanting my password.
