Q: How do I retrieve a photo that I uploaded from my iphone5 to my Mac book pro and deleted off my phone now I wanna put it back on my phone

I want to upload all my photos from my iPad 3 and iphone5 to my Mac book pro but can't figure out how to put back on phone or iPad from the Mac book

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

    if you've copied your photos to your Mac, there isn't really be any reason the should no longer be on your devices! but if they aren't adding them to photo stream is one easy way to share them back, otherwise you can sync them with iTunes.
