I cannot get email on my phone but get it on my computer

I have an iPhone 4S and have not received emails from one of my accounts since Thursday. When I log into my email on my computer I receive them. I called my cell provider for support and went through the process of deleting the email address and adding it again; doing a soft reboot, etc. Nothing works. What could be happening with this?
