I just bought my phone 5s about a month ago and the camera started not working correctly. Whenever I try to use it (or most of the time) the camera keeps changing colors. I think my iPhone is defected. Would apple replace it for free?

If the camera is acting funny then yes take it in and have an Apple employee take a look at it. If the camera hardware itself is acting funny then yes they'll replace it. But if it's some type of setting or something they can fix then they'll do that. Either way you are going to get your phone working back to normal or better or even get a new device.
