I CAN GET ON ITUNES

Can anyone help me with this?

I tried to go on itunes today but it won't let it keeps coming up "MSVCR80.dll was not found, try re-installing the application"

Now i've tried re-installing it but it's still not working.

Can anyone suggest anything?
