Q: I have received a messege from AT&T, that says that my iphone 4S has been approved to be unlocked. I have restored and backup the phone on itunes several times now, and the phone still appears to be locked to AT&T. Am I missing a step somewhere?

I have received a messege about 4 days ago from AT&T that says that my iphone has been approved to be unlocked. I have backup and restore the phone several times using itunes already, and it still seems to be lock to AT&T sim card. Is there another step in this process to unlock this phone using itunes?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

There's something missing in your request for help. What makes you think it's still locked to AT&T?
