Why does it say radio next to my name in contacts

I got my step daughter a new iPhone color and when she let me use it to forward a nice picture of us to my phone I saw the word "radio" by my name in contacts. I am on the AT&T network and a family share plan. What I'm concerned about is her mother remotely spying on our stuff somehow? Could she have installed some software in the handset?

"Radio" is just a label, like "mobile" or "home". Open your contact on the phone. Tap "Edit" in the upper right corner. Tap the word "radio". Select a different label from the drop down menu. Tap "Done" in the upper right.

Her mother could only have put software on it if she had physical access to it. If you see an app called "Cydia" on the phone, it could have been hacked ("jailbroken"). It is theoretically possible to then install malware.

Best of luck.
