Account Hacked
My account has been hacked and I lost $45 that I had on my account. Will Apple reimburse this amount?

Unless you have "cogent proof" (something that would stand up in a court of law) that it was negligence on Apple's part, and solely on Apple's part, which led to the account compromise, and your loss.... No.
