I can't download app on my new iPad ? If said I need verify my payment information . The window pop up to ask me to key in the security code for my credit card . But how to get the bank to send me new security code if I don't have button to click on it ?

The security code it is asking for is the CVV code on your physical card. The 3-digit code on the back of a Visa or MasterCard, the 4-digit code on the front of an AMEX card.
