I lost my iPhone 5s before one week ago. I do not have been in apple store in Grand Rapids they said "we can not do any thing for you'"!!

Why is that I ordered it online and I already have all staff of it. I just bought it before 2 months ago is that real Apple can not help me ?! I am their customer ?!

    You bought something.  It was your property and you lost it.  This has nothing to do with Apple.

    Apple can not help you, however, if you have insurance or device protection through your mobile carrier they can help you with lost or stolen. Even if you had purchased Applecare + it covers accidental damage but not theft or you misplacing the device. You can also try logging into find my iphone on iCloud.com
