com.apple.MediaLibraryService and Pages = *#€%/&/€/!!!

Hi all!

Just recently, without me altering anything I have stopped using the otherwise eminent Pages-app due to it also opening the process com.apple.MediaLibraryService and that process alone eats almost 1 gig of memory.

Why does this happen and what can be done to let me use Pages again?
