Good Morning,
Has anyone had any Fan problems and can someone technical explain how the fan should be running under normal conditions. i think i may have a loose connection on the fan but i would like to make sure.

Umberto, it might help if you describe to us your problem.
Sorry, i should have mentoned that the fan isn't running. It only runs when i tap the connector..
My macbook is older than your's but the fan runs constantly at between 1900 and 2000 rpm. If your fan is only running when you tap the connector I'd be very suspicious of a logic board problem. Your best bet in my opinion would be to visit the nearest Apple Store or AASP for a proper diagnostic. Sometimes solder joints can fail on the logic board.
