Q: I still get the same message can't identify Ipod correctly. I plugged another Ipod and it did the same. I plgged my ipod into another computer only for it to tell me I must try later but the Itunes is has not been updated.

I have removed Itunes via "Control panel " and reinstalled, same message! When I plug the Ipod in, it can be seen in my computer and Itunes. Only when I remove the message (Can't Identify Ipod properly) does it disconnect in both my computer and Itunes. So Itunes and My computer is seein my Ipod. The message is the problem! Ralph
