Q: can not activate mt iphone as its been activate before using a differnt id how do i change this

i brought this phone and am trying to activate it but it keeps teeling me i have to use the person that had it b4 email adress n password is there anyway i can do it without that ?

The Activation Lock is an anti-theft protection used in iOS 7 and cannot be bypassed. No one, including Apple, can get around that. You need to get the Apple ID and password from the previous owner to unlock that iPhone.

Ask for a refund, without the Apple ID and password the iPhone cannot be used. There's no way to bypass that.
