Q: Problems with MS outlook calendar sync with iphone

I have iphone 5S with iOS 7.0.4 (up-to-date as of 1.27.14) I cannot get my MS-Outlook Calendar (2010 version of Outlook) to sync calendars (either direction).

Any insight? Note- I have tried adjusting the Outlook add-in settings but it has not helped (at least not the work that I performed).
