I got itunes voucher as gift from friend in other town. She sent me the PIN. Pin not accepted on website. She does not have card still but have details of time and date of purchase. What to do. Have tried to send message to itunes and apple support but no box to click 'send', and no response from 'enter' . how is message meant to be delivered ??
I'm a bit confused by your post. Did your friend buy a physical card, scratch off the coating to get access to the redemption code, and then send you that code? Or did she buy an electronic gift through the iTunes Store? If she bought a physical card, then most likely she either sent you the wrong code or make a typographical error when typing the code, and she'd need the physical card to verify. If she threw away the card, then you and she will be out of lock.
If it's an electronic gift that you received via email directly from Apple, what is the error when you try to redeem the code?
Note that you and your friend must have your accounts in the same country's iTunes Store. Gifts cannot be given between countries.
