Kernel Task eating up the battery (late 2013) Retina MacBook Pro

I've bought my MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013) about 3 days ago and the battery is only lasting about 4 hours when doing webrowsing with Safari and the battery is ment to last about 9 hours. I understand that it depends on what taskes I'm doing but I'm only doing webrowsing. I'm not sure if it's Kernel Task that is eating up the battery but I created another partition on the same hardrive with the same OS (10.9.1) with nothing on it and the battery is normal. I'm not sure if it's 'Adobe Cloud' that is doing this even if it's not running.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
