What do you mean 'where can I find mp3 in Apple' ?
If you've synced your music from your computer's iTunes to your iPod then it should be in the Music app on it.
If you are referring to your computer's iTunes then by default your iTunes library is stored in the directory as shown on the HT1391 page that you posted from
