No Sound on Safari

Sound completely disapears on all site when using safari. Quiting safari and restarting fixes for a bit but then goes right back. getting quite annoying!! Cany anyone help? I have tried resetting safari, empting caches, shutting down extensions, nothing works. HELP!!
