How to Delete Photos from My Computer in iPhone and iPod Touch

Hello all.

I know I'm being a bother (lol) but I hope all is well, and I hope everybody's weekend was as splendid as mine was :-)

For a while, I've had pictures that were transferred from my computer onto my iPhone and my iPod Touch 4G. I've tried many, many ways to delete the pictures from both devices by syncing them onto my computer and trying to see if I can delete them that way, but no luck.

Is there some way I can do so?

If the photos were originally transferred to the iPhone by syncing with a computer, you should be able to delete them from the phone by syncing with iTunes again, but this time on the Photos tab of iTunes remove the checkmark in front of "Sync Photos From" -- that may be what you already tried but I couldn't tell for sure. That is supposed to work and it does work for me.
