need help in setting program associations

installed itunes, now asking to set program associations with a list of file names i do not know about... IDK What to do!!

Windows 7, 64 bit

When you install iTunes, it asks to be the default player for audio files on your computer. You can accept this choice or leave your settings the way they were previously.

iTunes can play many types of audio files available on the Internet. Using Windows, you can select iTunes as the default application to open audio files.

For a complete list of the kinds of audio files iTunes can play, see iTunes: Compatible Audio File Types.

If you want to change the default player for audio files on your computer, or do not want iTunes to notify you that it is not the default player, see the instructions here:
