HELP! iPhone discoloration!

I recently dropped my phone, as I usually do on a daily basis, but today something went wrong. When I go on my phone it is either all hughed bright blue or green. Everything that has a white back drop looks pink and has horizontal lines running across. The lines and moving and glitching out. Whenever I shake the phone the display seems to improve after a while. I was told by a friend that it has something to do with a possible color chip?? Advice would be greatly appreciated!
