I went to reset the settings only and now my screen is stuck with the apple and a line under it on a black screen with no type of response. please help I want to throw it out the window. lol the reason I did the reset is because the itunes app wouldnt open and keeped crashing and the reset was suggested. aaahh! please please help!

first try doing the reset again, making sure you let go of the home and power keys promptly when the apple appears. then wait 30 seconds. if you still don't get anywhere, go to the more drastic stuff
