Q: My carrier is Alltel and I have the iPhone 4 and I can't see my emojis

It sounds like you do not see the option for using emoji on your iPhone.  Before having the option to use emoji, you will need to enable this keyboard in Settings:

To enable emoji from the keyboard settings in iOS:

 

1. Tap Settings > General > Keyboard.
2. Tap Keyboards.
3. Tap Add New Keyboard.
4. Locate and tap Emoji.

 

Once you enable emoji, you can access the emoji keyboard by tapping the globe icon ( ) to the left of the Space bar:
