Didn't get you? Phone is not turing on?
I used easy word to ask? if you don't have any answer then don't worry, someone else may know or have an answer.
Charge the phone for at least 15 minutes with the wall adapter. Then hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears - 10-20 seconds of holding.

logo has appeared but system still not working
This was half helpful, Thanks! So for my part I had to combine this trick to the one suggested by Apple Support: try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
- Plug in your device's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
- Hold down the Home button and the Sleep button at the same time on your IPhone as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
