All of a sudden my Apple TV won't let me stream video content from netflix or hbo go. The error: "An error occurred loading this content. Try again Later" keeps coming up after the circle of death spins. Any suggestions on why?
Apple TV
Settings > General > Restart
Power cycle the router and Internent modem.
If the issue continues, restore the ATV.
Following this restart process: Settings, General, Restart fixed the error loading content issue with HBO GO on AT&T U-Verse.
I have started to have these problems as well so I tried watching on my iPad directly and I still get errors. What is the real fix?
Mine is doing the EXACT same thing. I've restarted, rebooted, restored and everything else I can possibly think of... including trying to re-establish my network (even though any other device is working perfectly). Has anyone found out any other solution?
I have been getting the same error message with HBO GO for weeks through the app or by using AirPlay on my iPad. I have tried everything listed above yet continue to get the same message. We have Google Chromecast on our other TV and never have issues with that with the app...and it was almost 1/3 the cost of the Apple TV!
Having the exact same problem. Worked perfectly for months then the past couple weeks hbogo just will not work. We also have a chromecast on another tv and I can stream to that from the app on my phone no problem. The hbogo app on Apple TV and trying to airplay it from my phone just won't work. I've tried restarting and resetting and nothing I've found so far works.

Try ticking the mirroring tab under the Apple TV tab on airplay. It worked for me
