So i payed for the teamspeak app a while back, and now that i am gaming again, i wanted to redownload it. it downloaded but it wont work becasue they updated the client, and now to get it to work i need to pay $5 for an app that i already payed for?
Updates to an app in the iTunes App Store is free. Upgrades in the iTunes App Store are paid apps.
An update is when a developer's app goes from a dot number (v2.1) to a higher dot number (v2.2.)
An upgrade is when the version changes, such as v2.x to v3.
So it has to do with how long ago you bought the app and whether this was a minor free update or a major paid upgrade.
Re-Buy an app i already payed for because they updated it? Fair? i dont think so.
